What is a first session like?
The first session is relaxed. We talk about what brings you here, how you’re feeling, and what you need. There are no demands or strange expectations: it’s a space for you to express yourself freely and for us to see together if my approach makes you feel comfortable.
How long is each session?
It usually lasts between 50 and 60 minutes. It’s the ideal amount of time to dive into the topic without feeling rushed, but also without it feeling too long.
Do you work in person, online, or both?
I work online, so you can connect from wherever you are. If in the future there’s a chance to add in‑person sessions, we can discuss it, but for now everything is online and works really well.
Do I need to have previous therapy experience?
Not at all. I see people who have already been to therapy and people who have never had a session in their lives. My role is to support you from where you are, without pressure or prior knowledge.
What kind of approach do you use?
I use a human, warm, and person-centered approach. We work through active listening, emotional support, and tools that help you feel more connected to yourself. Nothing rigid, nothing mechanical: a process we fine-tune together.
How do I book an appointment?
It's very simple: you can message me directly on WhatsApp and we'll arrange a day and time. Just send me a message and that's it, we'll get started.
Do you work with women of any age or only those over 50?
I work primarily with women over 50 in group settings, but I also support individuals of all ages. Everything is discussed and adapted.
What if I need to cancel a session?
I only ask that you give me 24 hours' notice. I know life happens and we can always reschedule, but that little bit of time helps me organize my schedule.
